Lydia Jane

Lydia Jane is a Boston based artist.

Since being admitted into Local USA829 IATSE Lydia has worked on films including Madame Web, The Collaboration, Thug, and Good Burger 2. Lydia moved to Boston to complete the Theatre Artisan Scenic Painting Certificate at Boston University. While completing the certificate program she worked with the Wheelock Theatre, Boston Playwrights Theatre, and the non-profit Operation PEACE.

Lydia believes our passions should be our professions, not a pleasant pastime but a way of life. Her passions led her into to several careers including a production carpenter, event planner, and painting instructor. She started her fine art career painting murals and chalk art for festival attendees’ to enjoy and participate with. Now she is working as a Set Painter for Local USA829 and working with the Fenway Community Center teaching painting classes.
